Our Process

How we get you out of pain and keep you there

  1. Step 1

Assess + Treat the Root Cause

We start with a detailed evaluation and hands-on treatment to get you out of pain, improve your mobility, and uncover what’s actually holding you back.

  2. Step 2

    Rebuild Strength + Stability

You’ll follow a customized plan combining strength training, mobility, and corrective movement to support long-term results and prevent reinjury.

  3. Step 3

    Stay Consistent. Stay Strong.

We help you integrate new movement patterns into your workouts and lifestyle—so you can stay strong, mobile, and pain-free for life.

Don’t let pain and injuries slow you down

At Tier 1 Performance & Rehab, we believe in a comprehensive and individualized approach to rehab and chiropractic care. Our focus isn’t just on addressing symptoms, but on getting to the root cause of pain and movement dysfunction.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to optimize your performance in the gym, we tailor our approach to meet your needs.

What We Treat

Common reasons active adults in Fort Collins come to see us

  • Low back pain & sciatica

Pain that flares with lifting, sitting or running, traced back to how you load and move.

  • Neck pain

Desk-driven stiffness and training-related neck pain, addressed with manual care plus mobility work.

  • Shoulder pain & impingement

Pressing and overhead pain rebuilt through capacity, not rest alone.

  • Hip pain

Pinching, stiffness and pain in the squat, sprint or roll, assessed at the joint and the pattern.

  • Knee pain & meniscus tears

A staged return to full loading so the knee tolerates what your sport demands.

  • Sports injury & return to training

Jiu jitsu, lifting and running injuries managed without shutting your training down.

FAQ

Questions before you book

What does a Chiropractor at Tier 1 actually do?+

Care starts with a detailed movement evaluation and hands-on treatment to get you out of pain and find the root cause. From there you follow an individualized plan combining strength training, mobility and corrective movement, so the result holds and the injury doesn’t come back.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?+

No. You can book directly. The first step is a free discovery call so we can confirm this approach fits your goals before you commit to care.

Can I keep training while I’m being treated?+

That’s the goal. Plans are built around your training, so lifting, jiu jitsu and running continue in modified form wherever it’s safe rather than stopping entirely.

What happens on the free discovery call?+

A short, no-cost conversation about what’s going on, what you want to get back to, and whether this approach is right for you. If it isn’t a fit, you’ll get a recommendation for what is.

Where are you located?+

3350 Eastbrook Dr Ste 120, Fort Collins, CO 80525, serving patients from Fort Collins, Loveland, Timnath, Windsor and Wellington. Open Monday 8:00am to 7:00pm, Tuesday 8:00am to 7:00pm, Wednesday 3:00pm to 7:00pm, Thursday 8:00am to 7:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 10:00am, and closed Sunday.
